This is one of my favorite Renaissance Faire outfits, which I made a couple of years ago. The bodice is actually reversible. I like to wear a cranberry-red skirt with it to contrast the greens.
You can tell that I didn't take too much time with the shirt, but it served its purpose.
The bodice was made of two different corduroys. The reverse side of the bodice is a one-tone green, the same shade as the skirt.
The skirt is a heavy linen, and I added a pouch of the same material so I didn't have to bother with a modern purse.
