
Now that my scanner is set up, I will be slowly uploading costume images from my portfolio. Ergo, the costumes you will be seeing will be really old ones.
Here is an Elizabethan gown that is very period in style, but not period in fabric. But the fabric matched the necklace which was all I cared about. I actually found this gorgeous necklace at an antique store in Kern County. This entire costume derived from that piece. I wore this to the Renaissance Faire and one of the women worked there complimented my gown saying that it was "very correct." That is the best compliment you can get from another costumer.
Oops, there I go complimenting myself like Mrs. Elton in "Emma."
